Extra Credit

I like this cartoon because it showed how Katherine Harris( The Grinch) stole the Democrats Christmas( Presidential Election). Its funny how the picture showed Katherine Harris as the main person for all the problems.
I like it because it shows how much this one woman affected so many things in this campaign.

Project Citizen

Even though i did not attend the first session of Project Citizen, seeing these fifth grade students stand up believe in shows they have a voice that needs to be heard. Their action plan and everything else showed they deserve a nice place to learn like every other student. I like the way they presented their problems with an action plan to fix it. The school was in horrible shape and a new school is in much need.Looking at their project showed me what Project citizen is all about.

My Person

My person would be a libertarian. He believes in minimal role of the government in solving problems and he likes to take care of his own business. He is part of the Democratic party. He believes that a women should have a abortion on their choice and the government should stay out of it. He disapproves gay marriages on all fifty states.He supports that religion should not be involved in schools and that middle and lower class needs assistance from the government. He finds the war in Iraq pointless and wants to pull out soldiers to aide in the war in Afghanistan. He would make marijuana legal but have a tax and restrictions to help produce more money for the country.
